"Fantastic Support from the Team!"
Fantastic Support from the Team! I had a pair of Rockports I purchased from a shoe store ages ago, but they were just sitting around unused. After wearing them for a few days, the Rockport medallion popped off. It not only looked terrible, but I was worried that the waterproof feature would be compromised. I reached out to customer service online, and they got back to me quickly. I sent them some pictures, and they promptly let me pick a replacement for free.
